You Know You're In Korea When..... (pt.1)

...the stairs are different heights (so you almost die every time you walk down them).
...you ride your bike (and motor scooter!!) on the sidewalk instead of the street.
...the smell of the sewer randomly taints the air as you're walking down the street (and at those times you kinda want to choke)
...it's okay to wear socks with your high heels.
...you park your double-parked car in neutral so someone can push it out of the way when they need to get out.
...everyone turns 1yr. old the day they're born and 1 more year older on January 1st.
...there's random emotional outbursts on the subway or in the street.
...there's two drunk men sitting on either side and falling asleep on you when you ride the subway home in the evening.
...Dog meat is an acceptable meat to eat with your meal.
...dried squid jerky is a common snack you can find at any convenience store.
