Christmas Baking

I had a friend over this weekend and we did some Christmas baking. It was fun to enjoy a little Christmas cheer in the middle of a city that doesn't really celebrate it. We made gingersnaps, peanut butter, and shortbread cookies. We also put up our tree! Now we are ready for the holidays....even though we're going home for them this year! :)
